Do the Send and Receive Limits Reset

Fax to Email is a service that lets you use your email address to send and receive faxes. It is a modernised and hassle-free version of your traditional fax machine — where every transaction can be instantly done online.

Included in your account is the Fax Storage, a feature that also indicates your Send and Receive Limits, which is enabled by default. This allows you to store all Sent and Received Faxes within your Account Manager. Your Fax Storage limit depends on the Fax Plan you purchased during registration.

Do the Send and Receive Limits Reset

YES — both the Send and Receive Limits will reset upon renewal of the product.

The limits will also reset on a yearly basis if the product was purchased for a multiple-year plan.
