How To Access the Exchange Manager

If you are using Crazy Domains’ Email Exchange hosting service, the Exchange Manager is your central control panel for managing contacts, public folders, users, and configuring mailboxes.

This guide will show you how to access the Exchange Manager in two easy ways:

 

Via Account Manager

 

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Under your domain name, click MANAGE on the right of the Email Exchange plan.

  3. Click CONTROL PANEL or EMAIL PANEL.

  4. Sign in with your username and password and click Login. These logins were initially sent to you when you purchased the product.  

    TIP

    • Tick the Remember me box so your browser will save your logins when you access it again.
    • Track back and search through your emails. The email that contains these logins has a subject of Microsoft Email Exchange is Ready. The logins should still work if it has never been changed yet.
    • If you can no longer find the email, contact us to resend it to you. It will contain only the username that you can use to reset the password for your Exchange Manager.

 

  1. Go to https://manage.premium.exchange.
  2. Enter your username and password, then hit Login.

TIP:
