If you have Windows Hosting, read the guide on how to access Plesk.

Overview
CPanel or the hosting control panel is the user interface to manage your email and web hosting. This is where you can access your website files, email accounts, addon domain names, DNS records, among others, connected to the hosting package.
The only way to access your cPanel is through the Account Manager and this guide will show you how.
Solution
Let's make sure you're doing this right. There are different ways to access your cPanel depending on the cPanel-based product you've purchased.
IMPORTANT. These instructions only work when the hosting product’s status is either Registered or Renewal Due and not when it is Expired or Unpaid.
Look at the hosting product table below and locate your hosting package on the left. Then, click the instructions link on the right column that redirects you to the guide on accessing the cPanel.
