How To Access Your Webmail

After purchasing an email hosting or web hosting service from Crazy Domains, you have the option to create an email account based on your chosen plan.  

Once the account is created, the next step is to access it. A convenient way to do so is through Webmail, a web-based email client that lets you view your emails through a web browser on any computer or device with internet access.  

Here are two ways to access your Webmail:

 

  1. Open Webmail in a browser: https://rc.ds.network.
  2. Enter your complete Email Address (e.g. [email protected]) and the corresponding Password in the respective fields.
  3. Click Login.

 

Via Account Manager

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Go to the domain name connected to your email account and click Manage.
  3. Click the Control Panel or Login to cPanel button.
  4. In the Email section, select Email Accounts.

  5. Select the email account you want to manage and click Check Email.

  6. Click the roundcube logo to open your Webmail.

NOTE: The Webmail service is only accessible to those who have our email or web hosting products. If you are hosted with us and are unable to access Webmail, please contact us for assistance.
