Select the following steps that correspond to the current name servers of your domain:
- ns1.crazydomains.com and ns2.crazydomains.com
- ns1.dnspackage.com and ns2.dnspackage.com
- ns1.syrahost.com and ns2.syrahost.com (with Linux hosting)
- ns1.syrahost.com and ns2.syrahost.com (with Windows hosting)
- External name servers (not owned by Crazy Domains)
Connect Through Account Manager
Use the following steps if the current name servers of your domain are ns1.crazydomains.com and ns2.crazydomains.com or ns1.dnspackage.com and ns2.dnspackage.com:
- Access the DNS settings of your domain in the Account Manager.
- Add or replace the A Record of the main domain with the following value:
Sub Domain IP Address (leave this box empty) (The IP address of your Crazy Domains website) IMPORTANT : Ensure you only have 1 A record for your primary domain in your DNS settings. - Add or replace the A Record of the www host with the following value:
Sub Domain IP Address www (The IP address of your Crazy Domains website) IMPORTANT : Ensure you only have one A record for www host in your DNS settings. - Wait for the changes to fully work or resolve.
Connect Through cPanel Hosting Manager
Follow these steps if the current name servers of your domain are ns1.syrahost.com and ns2.syrahost.com; and your domain is connected to our Linux Web Hosting service:
- Go to your cPanel DNS editor.
- Add or replace the A record of the main domain with the following value:
Name TTL Type Record (your domain) 14400 A (The IP address of your Crazy Domains website) IMPORTANT : Ensure you only have one A record for your primary domain in your DNS settings. - Add or replace the A record of the www host with the following value:
Name TTL Type Record www 14400 A (The IP address of your Crazy Domains website) IMPORTANT : Ensure you only have one A record for the www Host in your DNS settings. - Wait for the changes to fully work or resolve.
Connect Through Plesk Hosting Manager
Follow these steps if the current name servers of your domain are ns1.syrahost.com and ns2.syrahost.com; and your domain is connected to our Windows Web Hosting service:
- Go to your Plesk DNS editor.
- Add or replace the A record of the main domain with the following value:
Record Type Domain name TTL IP address A (Leave the box empty) (Leave the box empty) (The IP address of your Crazy Domains website) IMPORTANT : Ensure you only have one A record for your primary domain in your DNS settings. - Add or replace the A record of the www host with the following value:

Connect Through External DNS Provider
If your domain name is connected to external name servers (not ours), contact the provider and request them to update the DNS of your domain with the following DNS records:
