Download Offline Address Book in Outlook
If you have created a Mail Contact in Outlook or have added a Distribution List and want to have a copy offline, follow the steps below:
- Open your Outlook application from desktop.
- Click the Send / Receive tab, then click the Send / Receive Groups button and click the Download Address Book option from the drop-down list.
- A new window will pop-up. Select the “Download changes since last Send/Receive” option.
- Once the progress window is closed, your download is complete.
