How To Set Up Email Exchange on iPhone or iPad iOS10

This tutorial shows you how to set up Email Exchange on your iPhone or iPad for iOS10. The tutorial focuses on setting up an iPhone, but the settings are similar on an iPad.

Make sure you've created your mailbox in the Exchange Manager before setting it up.

Setting Up Email Exchange on iPhone iOS 10

You can set up Email Exchange with your iPhone or iPad for iOS 10 using the following instructions:

  1. From the home screen, open Settings.

  2. Select Mail.

  3. Select Accounts.

  4. Select Add Account.

  5. Select Exchange.

  6. Fill in the required fields and tap Next.

    Below is a description of the fields:
     
    Email Enter your full email address, such as [email protected]
    Description "Exchange" will automatically show once the space is tapped. You can change this or leave it as is.


    The device will attempt to verify your settings before moving on to the next step.
     

  7. Fill in the required fields and tap Next.

    Below is a description of the fields:
     
    Email Enter your full email address, such as [email protected]
    Server For Exchange 2016 (AU): mail.premium.exchange
    For Exchange 2016 (UK): email.premium.exchange
    Domain Leave this field blank
    Username Enter your full email address, such as [email protected]
    Password Enter the password you use for this email address.
    Description This says "Exchange" by default. You may choose to replace this or leave it as is.
 

Congratulations! The device is now connected to your mailbox.
