How to Transfer Web Hosting to Crazy Domains

Crazy Domains Web Hosting Transfer service makes it easy for you to transfer your web hosting account to us in no time.

There are two access options on how you can transfer your Web Hosting to Crazy Domains: 1) via the Crazy Domains website, or 2) via the Account Manager. Take note, however, that your access depends on whether you do have your web hosting with Crazy Domains or not.

I Have Web Hosting with You

If you have already purchased a web hosting plan from us and you need a website transfer, you may do this for FREE within your Account Manager.

To do this, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
5. Click Web Hosting on the menu bar at the top of the page.
6. Click Transfer Hosting on the left-side menu.
7. Click the Get Started button.
8. Enter your website address on its corresponding field, then click the Submit button.
   On the next field that appears, CrazyDomains will automatically display as your website's current hosting provider.
9. Click the I Have a Hosting Plan button.
10. Under My Hosting Plan, click the Select button.
11. Click Pay Securely to complete order.

I DON'T Have Web Hosting with You

If you have your web hosting service with another provider, or you already are a returning customer but doesn't have a web hosting service yet, follow the guides below:

Transfer via the Crazy Domains Website

This option applies to customers who have a web hosting service from a different provider. To transfer your web hosting to Crazy Domains, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Transfer Web Hosting page.
2. Click the Get Started button.
3. Enter your website address on its corresponding field, then click the Submit button.
4. On the next field that appears, enter the name of your website's current hosting provider, then click the Choose a Plan button.
5. Choose your preferred hosting plan from the options provided, then click its corresponding Select button.
   You will be redirected to the Log In page.
6. If you're a returning customer, enter your username and password on the fields provided, then click Log In & Continue.
   If not, click the Sign Up link, fill out the form, then click Register & Continue.
7. Select a payment option, then click Pay & Activate to complete order.

Transfer via the Account Manager

This option applies to customers who already have a service from Crazy Domains but doesn't have a web hosting yet. To get a web hosting plan on top of your current service/s from us, follow the steps below:

1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
5. Click Web Hosting on the menu bar at the top of the page.
6. Click Transfer Hosting on the left-side menu.
7. Click the Get Started button.
8. Enter your website address on its corresponding field, then click the Submit button.
9. On the next field that appears, enter the name of your website's current hosting provider, then click the Choose a Plan button.
10. Choose your preferred hosting plan from the options provided, then click its corresponding Select button.
11. Select a payment option, then click Pay & Activate to complete order.
