I Have Not Received My SSL Certificate
SSL Certificates require email validation. You should have received a request to validate your email at your registered email. If you have completed this and not received your SSL Certificate, here are a few things to check.
Check Your Spam Folder
- Open your email client.
- Check your email spam folder to make sure it has not blocked your activation email.
Check SSL Certificate Status in Your Account Manager
Here is how to check your SSL Certificate's status within your Account Manager:
- Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
- Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
- Enter your username and password and click Log In.
- Click on the Visit My Account button.
- Click on Secure SSL in the menu bar at the top of the page.
- This will display the status of your SSL Certificate.
This is what the statuses can indicate:
Registered | Your SSL Certificate has been registered and activated. |
Pending | Extra information may be required, please contact us to see if this is the case. |
Check Notifications
Here is how you can сheck your Notifications:
- Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
- Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
- Enter your username and password and click Log In.
- Click on the Visit My Account button.
- Hover the mouse pointer on your name, which is in the upper right-hand corner of the Home page, and select Payment Settings from the list.
- Search for your SSL Certificate Activation email.
If after these checks you have not found the issue, please contact support so we can reissue your SSL Certificate.
