Fax to Email is a service that lets you use your email address to send and receive faxes. It is a modernised and hassle-free version of your traditional fax machine — where every transaction can be instantly done online.

Fax to Email service will make 3 attempts to send the fax approximately every 20 minutes.

After 3 failed attempts, the system will send you an email stating what has occurred. You will receive this notice within an hour, as the system will still keep attempting to submit the fax.

Do I Pay for Undelivered Faxes?

Sometimes email takes a little while on the internet, but once your email is received by our server, we will render and deliver it to the recipient, usually within minutes.

If anything happens, i.e., machine status is busy, failed to send fax, or other error message that signifies the fax hasn't completed or was not successfully delivered — you won't get charged. This means that there will be no incomplete or empty faxes coming from your account.
