How do I update my notification preferences?

At Crazy Domains, we sometimes contact you to tell you about new domains and promotions we are running or to give you the latest in industry news.

If you would us to stop contacting you, you can change your preferences within your Account Manager, in the Profile section.

Please note that all Crazy Domains customers receive service notifications and warnings. These are only used to give you very important information about changes to our services or about the security of your account and products. These announcements are never used for promotions.

Here is how you change your contact preferences:

Step 1. Click on My Account at the top of this page.
Step 2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
Step 3. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
Step 4. Click on My Profile in the grey menu on the left side of the page.
Step 5. Click on the grey Edit Profile button below your account information, as shown in the screenshot below:

Step 6. Click on the Preferences tab.
Step 7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a series of checkboxes, as shown in the screenshot below:

Step 8. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the type of communications you wish to receive from us.
Step 9. Click the orange Save button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.

You have saved your preferences and they should take effect immediately.
