How to renew the Email Exchange

If you have received a renewal notice, or just want to extend or renew your Email Exchange, you can do this instantly within your Account Manager.

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click on Email in the menu at the top of the page.
  6. Click on Renew in the menu on the left.
  7. Tick the box on the right next to the Email Exchange you would like to renew.
  8. Click the Renew button on the right.
  9. You will be redirected to the page where you will be able to renew or update your Email Exchange.

We strongly suggest renewing for the longest term or setting up Auto Renewal on your Email Exchange to ensure that it does not expire.
