Fax to Email is a service that lets you use your email address to send and receive faxes. It is a modernised and hassle-free version of your traditional fax machine — where every transaction can be instantly done online.
There are several options on how you can send a fax. One of these is sending a fax using your email address.
For you to be able to use your email in sending faxes, you need to make sure that the email you are using is an authorised email address. This means that it was successfully set up in your Account Manager.
After setting up emails, you can now send faxes from any of your authorised email addresses.
It's as simple as sending an email. All you need to do is send an email to FaxNumber@faxallpages.com, replacing FaxNumber with the actual fax number of the Receiver. All emails sent to this address will automatically be faxed to the indicated fax number.
For example, you want to send a fax to 02 8211 5111:
- Create a new email and enter firstname.lastname@example.org in the send-to field.
- Attach files, then send email.
Congratulations! You have just sent a fax using email.
