Manage Products, Renewals, and Cancellations

This guide will help you learn how to manage your products, purchases, renewals, and cancellations with Crazy Domains.

View and Manage Your Products

Viewing your products and services is as easy as the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the upper section of the Account Manager screen, click the tab that corresponds to the product or service that you want to view.

Manage Auto Renewals

Your products and services with Crazy Domains are set for automatic renewal to ensure they will not expire and cause interruptions to your website, emails, and other services. We recommend keeping this setting enabled, but you can also disable the auto-renewal anytime.

If you turn off the auto-renewal, ensure to renew your subscription manually before the expiry date to avoid any interruptions.

Delete a Product

Deleting a product in your Account Manager will remove it from your account right away. It will stop working and interrupt other services attached to it (e.g., cPanel access, website, emails, etc.). Product deletion in your Account Manager also comes with a No-Refund condition. Contact us first if you think you are eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.

Don't delete a product if you still wish to use the remaining months of your subscription. Instead, make sure its auto-renewal is off. You will still receive a renewal notice before the expiry date, but you can ignore them if you no longer wish to renew.

Refund Policy

You can cancel a product anytime, but we will only consider a refund if you file a claim within the reasonable refund period, per our Terms and Conditions.

Money Back Guarantee


Some of our products come with a 60-day moneyback guarantee (i.e., Linux Hosting Plans, Windows Hosting Plans, and WordPress Hosting Plans). If you are not satisfied with these products, you can claim a refund within 60 days from the purchase date.


Standard Rejection Period


The rest of our products and services, except for domain names, have a 72-hour rejection period after successful activation.


Domain Name Registration and Renewal


We cannot provide refunds or indemnify you for the cost of purchase for any domain name Service. It is often sold at cost price from Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd.
