Where are the eShop settings

The System Settings section contains important definitions, such as Store Profile, Zones, Shipping and Payment methods. These must be defined in order to get the online store up-and-running. The System Settings also allow you to change the email notification text sent to customers. For experienced web-designers it allows redesign of the online store.

General Settings

You can configure your Online Store by following these instructions:

  1. Login to your Online Store Manager.
  2. Click System Settings, in the far right corner.
  3. The General Settings screen will display, with additional menu tabs that define the behavior of the store.

Store Profile

Define general information about your store and its profile. Here is an explanation of the fields you will need to use:

Store Front URL

Define the URL for the page that the store is located on. When a notification is sent to newly registered customers of the store, it will include the Store Front URL address.

Company Name

The name of your business.


This field is set according to the email address you provided when the store was opened.

Address, city, state, country and phone number.

The contact information of your business.

Invoice Logo

If a company logo image is uploaded here, it will appear as the logo in all the store invoices.

Mobile Version

When the site is viewed through a mobile device, the online store is displayed as a clickable image. The site owner can replace the default image by uploading a custom one. In addition, specific Terms and Conditions can be defined for the mobile version of the store.

Formats & Units

Define the Online Store formats:


Define the store's currency display format, type and symbol.


Define the store's weight unit and format.

Date & Time

Define the store's date and time display format.


Define the default language of the store. The storefront will be automatically translated to the site visitor's language based on their browser settings. If no appropriate language is found from the 45 active language translations, the default language will be used.


Define how the Catalog, Checkout and Products will look and behave for site visitors.


Digital products are uploaded to the store and offered to customers. After a customer purchases the product, they receive a link to download the product. The lifetime of the link and the number of download attempts are defined in this tab.


By enabling the adaptive design option, the online store will adapt to the site visitor's screen width.
