How to Create a PDF Document

For quality faxes, we highly recommend that you convert it to a PDF (Portable Document File) format. This ensures that a document, once created, would be reproduced true to the original copy. In addition, PDF displays the exact same content and layout no matter which operating system, device, or software application it is viewed on.

There are many ways to create a PDF document. The most popular method is by saving your Miscrosoft Word document or file as a PDF document.

You can also use a free downloadable PDF tool called PDF Creator. You can download it here.

Once you have downloaded and installed PDF Creator, you will now be able to use it through the Print function of your Word document. Simply select PDF Creator from the available printers in the Print menu. The Print menu can be accessed from most programs by clicking File followed by Print.
