Where Is Reseller Live Chat Support
To keep you running and supported 24/7, we offer Live Chat Support with dedicated Reseller experts, ready and eager to provide you help.
We have made it easy for you to contact us should you have any queries by adding the Message/Dedicated Support icon on every page in the Reseller Console. Simply follow the steps below:
- Using your chosen browser, navigate to the following address: http://www.secureapi.com.au/reseller
- Enter your Reseller Account username and password and click Log In.
- Click on the Message/Dedicated Support icon found on the far, right-hand section of the Home Page. You will also find that the same icon is present on every page in the Reseller Console.
- Click on the Reseller Chat option to begin experiencing our Live Chat Support.
Congratulations! You just experienced our quick and easy to access live chat support.
Note: The Live Chat Support currently operates from 7AM to 5PM AEST (Monday to Friday). We will be expanding to cover more hours in the coming months as we continue to roll out the service to more countries, so stay tuned for further updates.
