The following clause (21.37) applies specifically to .pl domain names.

• NASK, DOMAIN NAMES REGULATIONS available at http://www.dns.pl/regulamin.html (English: https://www.dns.pl/english/regulations.html).

Your application also implies explicit understanding and agreement of eligibility criteria specified in the above documentation.
