21.41.1 .SG Domain Name License Terms

Your application for a .SG domain name license implies understanding and agreement to all policies held by us, the Registry Operator SGNIC (Singapore Network Information Centre), particularly but not limited to:

• Code of Practice for Registrars and Resellers (currently at https://www.sgnic.sg/docs/default-source/policies-and-agreements/code-of-practice.pdf)
• WHOIS Policy (currently at https://www.sgnic.sg/docs/default-source/policies-and-agreements/whois-policy.pdf)

Registrant agrees to maintain up to date and correct registration information for any domain name during the entirety of its registration term. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure the domain name license is secured and that it is held should you wish to continue after expiry.
